As much of a disappointed the IIFA Awards were, the Vogue Beauty Awards were just as much of a thrill. From gowns to power suits, the celebs took their beauty avatars to a whole new level. RAKUL PREET SINGH
The brand new talent of Bollywood is not slow at climbing up the style ladder at all. In fact, she seems at ease, effortless and confident in literally anything she wears. As much as we are sick of seeing feathers and frills on all the red carpets since the Met Gala, we are ready to make an exception for this look. She wore a bold red gown by Aadnevik and totally stole the show.
MALAIKA ARORA
The look Malaika chose for the awards perfectly suited her personality- sultry, in-control and powerful. The delicate white gown by Aadnevik looked exactly the opposite when adorned by Malaika. She looked bold and beautiful in the dress that seemed to replicate a corset cum slip dress.
AMRITA ARORA
Amrita Arora looked the exact opposite of her sister Malaika. The actress wore a creation by Gauri and Nainika. The black and gold gown was simple and tasteful. The minimal accessories paired with it kept the attention on the gown that created a memorable silhouette. She looked graceful and elegant and we simply loved the look.
ALIA BHATT
Our all-time fashion favourite not only attended the awards in a beautiful look but also won an award for the “Beauty Icon” of the year. The glittery gown by Michael Costello was young, refreshing and effortlessly beautiful. In other words, it was a perfect fit for Alia Bhatt. The messy pony tail, ironically kept the look pretty neat!
RADHIKA APTE
Radhika Apte graced the red carpet in the most daring gown ever seen on her. The sheer, embellished gown is by the designer duo- Rohit Gandhi and Rahul Khanna. The designers captured the essence of a luxuriously bold statement and Radhika surely looked exactly like it. The look was styled by Anahita Shroff Adjania, Bollywood’s and our favourite stylist!
